Job responsibilities:

1,,/,,,;/,,;/According to the company's inspection standards or customer requirements, be responsible for inspecting pet snacks/complete nutrition foods before their shipment to ensure that the appearance, performance and tests of the products delivered by the factory meet the requirements of the company and the customers; fill in the inspection reports in Chinese/English, keep the inspection records, analyze the inspection results and report or notify relevant personnel to the supervisor.

2,,;/ Propose improvement measures for the problems identified during the inspection, provide on-site guidance to the suppliers on implementing effective corrective actions, and follow up on the suppliers corrective improvement measures.

3,,;;,SOP,;/Be responsible for the quality control of each batch of products produced by the suppliers, and conduct on-site supervision of the production process; Check whether the factory's production process complies with the requirements based on relevant materials; Verify whether the addition amount of raw materials for each batch of products by the supplier is correct, whether it is carried out in accordance with the SOP, and whether the raw material codes are correct, etc.

4,,;,,,,/ According to the company's regulations, irregularly review the raw material inspection records, production records, semi-finished product and finished product inspection records of suppliers; irregularly conduct on-site inspections of local factories in Thailand to ensure that all aspects such as the on-site environment, production process, warehouse storage, and quality control of the factories comply with the company's requirements.

5,,,,;/ Regularly summarize the product quality status of each supplier in the Thai region, as well as any abnormalities at the factory production site. Provide timely feedback and offer reasonable suggestions and improvement measures

Requirements:

1,//// This position requires working in Thailand. Proficiency in Chinese/Thai/English is required. Those with excellent Chinese/English skills will be given priority.

2,,3/;;;;/ Junior College or above degree, At least 3 years of experience in quality control positions related to pet snacks or complete nutrition foods; Be familiar with the relevant testing methods and procedures for pet food products; be capable of independently conducting process inspection of suppliers and final product inspection; those with experience in production factories and foreign trade inspection are given priority consideration; for those with experience in major brand products, the requirements can be appropriately relaxed.

3,,ISO9000;;AQL,;/ Familiar with the factory audit process and requirements, and understand the ISO9000 quality system; familiar with the foreign trade inspection process and various testing instruments; familiar with the AQL system, and possess good abilities in identifying product quality issues and independently analyzing problems.
