Develop and implement quality assurance programs across all projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and ISO certifications.
Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers and inspectors.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective quality control and assurance practices across all project teams.
Oversee and coordinate inspections, audits, and testing procedures to verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up on audit findings.
Manage the identification, investigation, and resolution of non-conformities.
Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing quality performance data, implementing best practices, and driving initiatives to enhance quality management processes and project outcomes.
Identify potential quality risks associated with project activities. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the overall success of quality management efforts.
Support/provide technical proposal related to QAQC requirement.
Provide commercial aspect related to QAQC requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for EPC,EPCI (onshore/offshore) projects
Experience in managing quality systems, audits, inspections, and compliance with project quality plans and standards (API,ISO,AWS,DNV,etc.)
Experience coordinating among contractors, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
