Overview
The
Principal Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating day to day administrative activities in a specific region or function. This position is an Individual Contributor role. The role directly reports to Project Quality Manager.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordination all quality documentation for Project Quality Managers approval.
- Co-ordination all QC reports and distribute to relevant sections of the manufacturers Data Report.
- Ensure that all components of the manufacturers Data Report compilation procedure is adhered to.
- Type and prepare QC system procedures for review and issue to Document Control Engineer (if applicable)for transmittal to Customer for acceptance.
- Review traceability records prior to compilation to Manufacturers Data Report.
- Update drawings and QC handbooks in the QC Department.
- Data entry of Welding Report, NDE Report, PWHT report etc.
- Maintenance and updating of Welding log, Calibration Records, Audit reports, KPIs. NCRs.

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in construction
Skills and Behaviors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and terminology.
