Your Job
- Act as the key contact for customer quality concerns, supporting complaint handling, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Manage quality documentation, customer requirements, and audit activities while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

- You will work closely with Hiring Supervisor, Customer and Production Team for Quality Concerned
What You Will Do
- Responsible for document preparation as customer requested (PPAP, COA, certificate)
- Support sample preparation, customer claim investigation
- Ontime support commercial team on customer related document
- Provide support on lab testing both internal and external. To serve customer expectation
- Use 8D, RCA to investigate claims and work with other departments to close gaps.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related discipline.
- Strong communication skills and analytical skills.
- Willing to learn and contribute to the team and business goals.
- Good command of both spoken & written in Thai & English.
