Job Description

You participate in the development of quality assurance plans and procedures. This includes establishing quality objectives, metrics, and performance indicators to measure and monitor quality throughout the production process.

As a QC Incharge, you lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, engineers, and technicians. You assign tasks, provide guidance, and mentor team members to ensure effective execution of quality control activities.

You oversee and conduct inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. This involves using various inspection techniques and tools to identify defects or non-conformities.
