Job Description

Role Description

  1. Develop, plan, and manage QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) audit policies and standards for restaurant operations.
  2. Supervise, coach, and develop the QSC Auditor team to ensure effective performance and consistency.
  3. Conduct overall restaurant evaluations and perform on-site audits for critical or high-priority branches.
  4. Analyze audit results, assess operational risks, and propose corrective actions and improvement plans to enhance QSC standards.
  5. Prepare and present audit reports to management, and follow up on corrective actions implemented by branches.
  6. Collaborate closely with the Operations team to continuously improve restaurant quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, QSC, QA, or operations management.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
  • Strong knowledge of QSC standards, food safety, and quality control systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to branch locations for on-site inspections.
