Qualitative Analyst

The company is now looking for a Qualitative Analyst to work in Operations Department and supporting other departments

As a QualitativeAnalyst you will be responsible for carrying out reputational due diligence, background checks and investigative research by conducting desktop searches and source inquiries as well as coordinating with field researchers and other specialists. The position requires good analytical skills, attention to detail, proficient written English skills as well as good coordination and communication abilities. Responsibilities:

• Complete the assignment from A to Z to meet the objectives of the case
• Define keywords and conduct comprehensive media and directory searches
• Prepare detailed Task Briefs
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Allocation and coordination of field work
• Find potential sources and conduct interviews by phone and/or face-to-face meeting
• Analyze all data collected from the field and request further explanations
• Analyze all data collected from media searches and sources
• Write reports according to requirements
• Prepare a well-crafted Executive Summary with pertinent and insightful analysis
• Report developments to direct supervisor
• Participate in research and development projects for capacity building

Requirements:

• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Minimum Bachelor Degree with any domain
• Experienced in conducting research and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• An understanding of how the regulatory systems work in Thailand is an advantage
• Comfortable working within deadlines
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Must be able to multitask
• Depending on the skills, open to fresh graduates
• Able to be flexible on job scope evolution
