Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. You will take ownership of establishing and maintaining documentation systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions to reach organizational targets and aim for world-class performance.

The work model for the role is: hybrid, #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the electrification service in Thailand.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supporting specific communication relevant to quality management in your area of responsibility and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining documentation control systems to ensure all documents are current, accessible, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management and documentation control in the local organization.
  • Using quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances, and facilitating resolution of customer cases through robust root cause analysis.

Qualification for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with strong knowledge of electrical equipment and power systems
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality, Document Control, or Compliance within electrical or manufacturing industries
  • Proficient in DMS and quality management tools (Autodesk Forma Build is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit/compliance processes
  • Skilled in data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., RCA, PDCA)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally fluent in Thai and English
