At Amex GBT 30SecondsToFly, you will play an important role to define cutting edge travel chat experiences. As travel recovers in the coming months and years, we help TMC's to answer questions and process bookings with Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence.
You will be helping to test our product suite, which ranges from internal tools to customer facing tools including a chat interface. You will also help to build a test suite and if you want, work with automated testing.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain comprehensive test plans
- Catch bugs/errors in our application suites and identify its root cause
- Identify testing strategies that maximize test coverage
- Create and maintain test suites documentation
- Assists developer on fixing/patching bugs
- Describe in great detail any issues that developers need fixing
- Contribute positively to all aspects of development
What We're Looking For
- Thai Nationality
- Can communicate in English, but no need to be at native level
- 1+ years QA work experience
- Understanding of software QA methodology, common practice, process and all kind of things related to testing
- Experience with a Test Case Management tool
- Experience in automated testing framework, e.g. Robot framework, Cypress.io
- Experience in any E2E testing framework, e.g. Selenium, Nightwatch.js, Karma
