Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Bangkok, Thailand. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance processes and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting quality audits, identifying areas for process improvement, providing training on quality processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality and operational excellence. The role involves maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that all services and operations meet company and client requirements.
