Job Description

  1. Plan and Implement Quality inspection/testing for quality control.
  2. Supervising and monitoring the activities at process Quality Control and measurement.
  3. Process quality improvement based on data drive.
  4. Lead CFT team to handle customer complaints.
  5. Lead the team to prepare related things for Customer visit and audit.
  6. Organize to review Non-conformance.
  7. Organize and build the Quality system, make sure quality system is running effectively.
  8. Perform internal audits as required. (LPA/production audit/Quality system audit)
  9. Optimize procedure document based on the findings of internal audit and IATF certification authority.
  10. Organize quality team to join APQP, responsible for quality verification
  11. Organize to verify the reliability test by lab for NPI and mass production stage, make sure the production meets the law requirement (UL/3C/CSA).
  12. Organize and implement quality cost statistics and analysis.
  13. Perform supplier qualification audits as required & review supplier quality performance..
