The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager role leads the company's quality structure and supports the implementation of quality, environmental, and safety standards within an automotive manufacturing environment. The position works across departments to achieve company objectives, maintain compliance, and oversee quality-related planning and expenditure.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the company's quality structure
- Develop plans aligned with company policies and oversee their implementation to achieve defined results
- Collaborate and coordinate with all departments to accomplish company objectives
- Consolidate budgets and oversee departmental and company expenditure
- Support operations in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Maintain and control environmental management, 5S activities, and workplace safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or at least 10 years of direct industry experience
- Completed training in quality management systems, including ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 9000, and ISO 14001
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and reading engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Core Tools, including APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP
