Job Summary and Mission
This position will be responsible for all brand quality system. It shall contribute to the brand's success by providing dedicated technical knowledge to ensure food safety & quality compliance throughout the product's supply chain in day-to-day operation as well as seeking the initiative for quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining brand quality at stores by conducting store audit using brand or company's in-house standard checklist (up country travelling required)
- Plan and conduct an effective audit at stores by utilizing the brand's checklist
- Plan and conduct the quality sampling of products by either test kit or 3rd laboratory
- Creating constructive audit reports to related parties or cross functions
- Raise up and lead to related parties to have an effective solution proactively
- Manage the 3rd party auditors to make sure the alignment of the standard
Quality improvement initiative and projects
- Analyze the overall result and be able to provide advice for prevention
- Establish the quality procedures to improve the overall quality
- Conduct an experiment or testing to approve the new equipment, smallware or chemicals
Handling product complaint or product quality defect
- Monitoring product complaint or product defect reported by stores or customer
- Reacting to all complaints appropriately to seek the root cause and having corrective/preventive action
- Liaison with the Regional Office on specific complaints and seeks appropriate actions
Maintaining supplier's quality at local suppliers and warehouse & transportation by conducting quality audit at supplier
- Schedule an audit plan and conduct an effective audit at suppliers or warehouse
- Creating constructive feedback and setting up corrective / preventive action appropriately
- Seeking the opportunities of improvement
Dealing with authority in regulatory affair e.g. TH-FDA
- Execute the registration process until completion to ensure all imported items are timely imported
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent field of sciences
- At least 5 years of working experience in roll of food quality assurance or production either in industrial or retail
- Having direct regulatory affair experience with TH-FDA or related agents is a plus
- Good command of English communication – speaking and writing
- Good computer knowledge
- Good interpersonal skill and relationship
