YOUR ROLE:
As a contingent staff - Quality Assurance, you will be part of the Contract Testing Services team that will be able to perform on the following functions
Brief role description:
- Support the operating and maintaining the systems required to perform the core site activities of the Quality Management Systems
- Support Quality Control activities e.g. labelling of GxP (Good [X] Practice) quarantine materials
- Support the review/approval of GxP documents
- Organize, maintain, and control the flow of documents and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update document control databases and systems for tracking and retrieval of documents
- Support archival of GxP documents according to Good Documentation Practice requirements
- Work closely with various departments to ensure that all documentation meets compliance and quality standards
- Proactively implement improvements for processes in accordance with principles
- Support any other business needs if required

- Demonstrates collaboration with site personnel and builds constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
