Role Description This is a Remote-First full-time role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester. While we offer 100% Work Anywhere flexibility, our home base is at Thanapoom Building, New Petchaburi Road, Bangkok.

You will be the final Gatekeeper of Quality. You don't just test software; you protect the user experience. You will ensure that every product we ship is stable, reliable, and ready for the real world.

Key Expectations:

• Remote & On-Site Hybrid: Working primarily remotely, with occasional required visits to the office for team syncs or collaborative sessions.
• Flexible Availability: Workflows are determined by client needs; candidates must be willing to work on some weekends or adjust schedules during peak workload periods to meet deadlines.
• Core Duties: Designing clear test cases, executing manual tests for Web and Mobile applications, and identifying defects before our users do. You will collaborate closely with Developers and BAs to ensure quality is never an afterthought.

Qualifications

• Experience: 23 years of proven experience in Software Testing / QA (Manual focus).
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Web and Mobile testing concepts and lifecycles.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to write comprehensive, effective test cases and document defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Language Skills:Fluency in English is a strong plus (ability to communicate technical issues clearly is key).
• Self-Discipline: Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work remotely without constant supervision.
• Attention to Detail: You notice what others miss and enjoy breaking things on purpose to find hidden issues.
• Nice to Have: Experience with API testing (Postman) or a basic interest in Automation Testing.
