They are looking for a QA Tester who can ensure product reliability and performance as they scale their platform across Southeast Asia.
Role Overview
As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and stability of the platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to test new features, identify bugs, and ensure a smooth experience for users.
This role requires someone detail-oriented who enjoys breaking systems to improve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for web-based applications
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for new product releases
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues quickly
- Validate new features across modules such as payroll, onboarding, HR workflows, and analytics
- Perform API testing and database validation where needed
- Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and product releases
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing or QA engineering
- Experience testing web applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience testing HR systems, payroll platforms, or enterprise software
- Basic automation testing experience
- Experience working in Agile product teams
