Job Description

The Quality Auditing Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring robust quality performance within the organization. This position is focused on facilitating continuous improvement through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of achieving target metrics and fulfilling contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and Manage Quality Performance: Lead efforts to maintain and improve quality outcomes, using ongoing engagement with stakeholders to achieve specified metrics and contract goals such as SLA Metrics.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain regular communication with both internal and external parties, especially considering the number of workflows (WFs) for the specific LOB/Program and also support external communications as required.
  • Quality Team Coordination: Guide and coordinate the Quality team to ensure their activities are aligned with overall quality performance objectives.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing overall effectiveness performance. Proactively identify risks or potential threats and assess the impact of both new and existing workflows in advance.
  • Audit Management: Oversee and manage both internal and external audits, ensuring all processes and controls are properly documented and adhered to.
  • Resource Development: Take responsibility for the professional development of team members within your span of control, fostering ongoing growth and capability building.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to processes, driving a culture of efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
  • Certification Requirement: Possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum standard.
  • Process Mapping and Documentation: Demonstrate the ability to accurately map out and document processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across workflows.

  • Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (required).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to guide and develop team members.
  • Expertise in process mapping and documentation.
  • Experience managing audits and ensuring compliance with controls and processes.
