Job Summary:

Responsible for performing calibration activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of inspection, measuring, and testing equipment. This role supports quality standards across various production processes and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular calibration of inspection, measuring, and testing equipment according to established plans.
  • Conduct new gauge activities and ensure accurate readings.
  • Collaborate with equipment users, engineers, and technicians to verify proper operation and measurement accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal and external organizations to manage the calibration cycle effectively.
  • Execute special assignments as directed by management.
  • Focus calibration activities on Assembly, Anodizing, Washing, Laboratory, and Electronic Stability Program (ESP)/Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) processes.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems IATF16949and familiarity with ISO 14000 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English.
  • Excellent management, communication, and coaching skills.
