Analyze QA performance metrics to drive First Mile (FLM) compliance, focusing specifically on improving LM POOH and RTS POOH accuracy.
Coordinate with regional hubs and CX teams to investigate and respond to buyer complaints and escalated delivery cases.
Support daily operations for case management, stuck and lost, buyer's RR to ensure smooth and efficient processing
Identify in-station parcel compliance gaps and collaborate with relevant teams to implement more effective workflows.
Conduct internal internal training to make sure operations have more understanding about Compliance and performance
Track and report CTO team OKRs and project progress to the Team Lead to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business administration, or a related field
2+ years of logistics industry experience particularly in operations excellence and/or supply chain analysis is a huge plus
Excellent communication skills - have experience in project management esp. in managing large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders is a plus
Strong analytical skills - able to analyze complex set of data independently and conduct data-driven decisions
Strong sense of ownership with hands-on mentality. Eager to take initiative on new opportunities and deliver targets.
