Job Responsibilities
1. Communicate with OEM clients, handle customer complaints, prepare & close 8D reports, deal with product rejection, return goods, compensation and audit issues.
2. Track on-site quality containment, temporary and permanent corrective actions to avoid recurring defects.
3. Manage customer quality indicators including PPM, case closure rate and complaint rate; coordinate customer audits and submit relevant quality reports.
4. Implement customer-specific quality requirements internally, ensure stable delivery quality and high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, 1-3 years CQE working experience in auto parts industry; familiar with IATF16949 and core automotive quality tools is preferred.
2. Proficient in writing 8D reports independently and solving on-site quality problems.
3. Experience in injection molding, stamping, machining or assembly production is preferred.
4. Good communication skills, able to work under pressure; available for business trips and temporary client audits.
5.English is a must.
