Experience in quality inspection, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of inspection tools and test methods.

Ability to read product specifications and quality checklists.

Basic computer skills for documentation and creating reports.

Job Summary:

The QC Inspector is responsible for performing quality control inspections on insulated drinkware and coolers during production and before shipment to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.

This includes verifying product compliance through visual inspection, functional testing, dimensional checks, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process, and final inspections of drinkware and coolers.

Verify products meet requirements related to insulation performance, lid fit, sealing, appearance, and labeling.

Perform functional tests such as dishwasher test, insulation vacuum test, leak test, drop test, UV resistance, heat and cold retention checks etc. as needed.

Identify and document defects and work with factory production and QA teams to resolve issues.

Maintain and prepare quality reports.

Support continuous improvement activities within the QC process.
