Job Description

We are looking for a
Quality Control Specialist
who is passionate about quality management, process improvement, and compliance. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring our organization maintains high standards in Quality, Sustainability, and Safety Management Systems. Reporting directly to the QSS Manager, you will support the implementation and improvement of ISO Management Systems, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and contribute to the development of standardized procedures that enhance collaboration and operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance Management

  • Maintain and support the organization's ISO Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).
  • Manage and monitor ISO document control processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Track and ensure compliance with customer requirements and support their implementation across departments.
  • Monitor product compliance requirements from both corporate standards and local regulations.
  • Stay updated on environmental, safety, and product regulatory requirements, ensuring the organization remains compliant.

Documentation & Process Standardization

  • Support the creation, update, and maintenance of ISO-approved procedures and documentation within the document management system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop Best Practices, Procedures, and Work Instructions to ensure consistent and standardized processes.
  • Provide editorial and documentation support to teams preparing quality-related documents.
  • Ensure documentation remains accurate, updated, and aligned with company policies.
  • Monitor and track the document approval workflow to ensure timely approvals.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 24 years of experience in ISO Management Systems, Customer Requirements, Product Compliance, or ISO Document Control
  • Experience in documentation writing, administration, and coordination within quality systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, listening, and writing)
