Main Goal
To monitor & control of Field Production Quality as per standard and target.
Job Description
- Follow Field Production Quality policy and procedure.
- Communicate and collect information to superior for policy improvement.
- Implement testing/inspecting activities as planned.
- Carried out Field Inspection and GOT activities to meet standard requirement & procedures.
- Co-ordinate with Field Production/Foundation and report to superior.
- Carry out new technology activities as assigned.
- Implement within provided budget.
- Provide Field quality data and update status to superior.
- Reviewing and preparing Field Quality data for weekly and monthly reports submitted to superior.
- Responsibility for QA Lab and QMS jobs/activities as assigned
- Ensuring that work complies with HSEQ standard and policy.
- Conduct training quality standard for growers.
- Visit and service customer by visit dealer/farmer field including gathering feedback and customer requirements.
- Travel time (in the field): 70%
- To work under approval resources.
- Prompt to work with CHANGE.
