Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership

  • Define and execute the site Quality Strategy, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with corporate standards, ISO requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Contribute as a member of the Plant Leadership Team to achieve business and operational objectives.

Customer, Supplier & Manufacturing Quality

  • Lead customer, supplier, and manufacturing quality to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance.
  • Drive the resolution of quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies and preventive quality tools (8D, PFMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, Poka-Yoke).
  • Reduce defects, scrap, rework, warranty claims, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) while improving First Pass Yield (FPY) and Right First Time (RFT).

Compliance & Quality Systems

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal and external audits and oversee document control, calibration, change management, and continuous improvement of the QMS.

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Promote digital quality solutions, automation, and best practices across the site.

Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Quality organization by strengthening leadership capability, succession planning, technical excellence, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and ownership.
  • Establish quality objectives, monitor KPIs, and deliver sustainable improvements in Customer PPM, Supplier PPM, Internal PPM, COPQ, Scrap, Rework, FPY, and RFT.

Qualification

  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Quality within manufacturing industry (electrical, mechanical, etc).
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior Quality leadership.
  • Experience leading quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in customer quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, and quality systems.
  • Technical competencies in QMS, FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D along with Quality Audit, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, business acumen and leading organizational change.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with multinational customers.
  • Fluent in Thai and English
