As part of its ongoing expansion and operational enhancement, the business is seeking to strengthen leadership capability across its manufacturing quality function.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall quality strategy in line with business objectives and corporate standards
- Lead and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), governance processes, and audit readiness across the site
- Drive plant-wide quality performance through KPI management, data analysis, and structured corrective/preventive actions
- Act as the key escalation point for customer quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and robust root cause management
- Oversee supplier quality performance and drive proactive defect prevention throughout the supply chain
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, compliance, and product quality
- Develop and strengthen the quality organization through coaching, capability building, and succession planning
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to embed a strong culture of quality excellence
Ideal Background
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in quality leadership within manufacturing environments
- Strong background in automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing industries
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems, standards, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across customers, suppliers, and internal business functions
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities
