Responsibilities
- Support plant to analyze root cause of part quality problem, identify, implement and verify long term.
- Follow up corrective action and verify the part Quality problem.
- Cooperate with customer and internal section in term of quality concern.
- Develop and implement methods, Criteria, document, Tooling and procedure (WI, Quality Plan and ETC) for QA inspector.
- Quality data analysis with presentation to management and concern section for improvement.
- Feedback or issue trouble report to concern section to take corrective action.
- To ensure the quality system meets or exceeds any customer, corporate, or internal requirements and any other related requirement within the Quality Systems.
- Supervisor and develop other subordinates and provide technical knowledge.
- Pre MRB verification and MRB technical information support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
- 1-5 years of industry experience
- Good analyze and identify root causes, recommendations, comes up with
- action report ( 8D Method ) for Customer complaint & Field failure
