Job Description

Purpose of the job:

Quality Engineer takes responsibility for applying customer requirement into manufacturing (material, in process, and finish good). He needs to take care of every issue including follow up and update. He must have technical and statistical knowledge to analyze trouble shooting and eradicate final. He will be able to implement quality management system followed by ISO 9001. Responsibilities also include working with respective sections creating conscience of quality of products in order to maintain and improve according to customer requirements.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Assurance or CQE (Will be advantage)

Understand drawing reading, Process capability (Minitab program is advantage) QC Tool, 8D Report, Control Plan, FMEA and problem-solving skill.

Understand and be able to use Quality Management System ISO 9001, Quality standard for medical device ISO13485 (will be advantage)

Good computer skill MS office (Excel, Power point etc.) and good communicate by e-mail both Thai and English language.

Be able to be meeting leader and summarize MoM both Thai and English language, both onsite and online.

Be able to be lead auditee for quality system from customer.

Self-disciplined, human relations skill, Independent, Exhaustive and self-confident.

Possess enthusiastic, creative skill and Reasonable accommodation.

Be able to work under pressure and multi-skill working at the same time.

Good command in English all listening, speaking, reading and writing, TOEIC score 500 up (for CQE take care foreign customer)

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

Manage and monitor to achieve Quality KPI and report to QA Manager.

Be channel with customer about quality issues and any quality related request

Respond for customer complain handling, NG return / replacement, prepare customer 8D report submit to customer within due date.

Lead meeting with internal team about customer quality issues, summarize MoM and follow up until complete all action.

Analyze any quality issues by proper QC tool to find out root cause and action taken. Implement effective action.

Respond for customer visit / audit regarding quality issues, QMS and new product qualification.

Meeting with customer both on-site and on-line in English or Thai language.

Respond for internal process quality control and OQA, create internal specification from customer drawing and customer requirement.

Respond for PPAP or FA package for new products, cooperate with internal team to complete and submit to customer within due date.

Final authorize to confirm NPI product quality and release shipment.

Respond for nonconforming material, WIP, FG and FG return from customer.

Support internal audit activity to achieve ISO standard (ISO90001 / ISO13485) audit from CB

Control and minimize quality lost cost
