Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute annual audits for AVL suppliers to verify processes and systems.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop and evaluate potential suppliers, including QMS and QPA audits for new suppliers.
- Partner with CQE to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
- Support NPI documentation and implement quality assurance plans through hazard analyses, preventive measures, and verification procedures.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews (weekly, monthly) covering KPIs such as raw material inspections, audit findings, DPPM, and scorecards.
- Train suppliers on quality standards, SOPs, and quality tools to strengthen risk awareness.
- Drive suppliers to complete required certifications and agreements, including Supplier Quality Assurance Agreements.
- Promote supplier continuous improvement in areas such as yield (PY), unit per hour (UPH), cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the quality field, with preference for candidates experienced in book products management.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as QC-7, PFMEA, AQP, PPAP, 8D, and SPC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented, hands-on mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
