Responsible for quality planning during the pre-mass production stage and monitoring implementation for effectiveness.
Participate in identifying special product and process characteristics, including preparing Flow Charts and PFMEA.
Receive customer quality requirements, clarify internally, communicate specifications, and follow up on planning and execution within the organization.
Establish and drive improvements for systemic or specific quality issues in the production line, and monitor improvement results.
Coordinate and establish problem-solving teams with relevant departments to address abnormal production processes, nonconforming products, or customer complaints.
Manage periodic review of inspection documents, improve and enhance inspection plans, update inspection standards, and provide training or technical guidance to inspection staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, age not over 37, any gender, in Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields. At least 5 years of quality management experience in electronics, mechanical, or automotive industries (preferred).
Strong analytical thinking skills, systematic approach, and high learning ability.
Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, QC.
At least 3 years of experience in quality management for new projects.
Knowledge and understanding of quality analysis tools.
Good command of English or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate with customers in English (Chinese proficiency will be an advantage).
