Responsibilities
- Identify process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop quality metrics, including SPC, and analyze data to support process improvement.
- Design and improve process documentation and process maps.
- Manage local accreditation and regulatory assessments; coordinate with Accreditation Services for external audits.
- Plan and conduct internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17065, ISO 27001) and support nonconformance resolution.
- Maintain local Quality Management Systems and provide quality support across assigned sites.
- Adhere to UL's Code of Conduct and security practices; perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field, with min 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and process improvement (ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma, Baldrige/Shingo).
- Experience in TIC processes and knowledge of frameworks such as OSHA, IECEE CB Scheme, ANAB, and TISI is highly preferred.
- Proven ability in internal auditing, CAPA, root cause analysis, and data interpretation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead improvement initiatives.
