Job Description:
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Develop, review, and update quality system documentation including procedures, work instructions, manuals, and records.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, process audits, and system audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and support external audits (customer audits, certification audits) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Monitor QMS performance indicators and prepare regular quality system reports for management review.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformities, audit findings, and system gaps.
- Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities related to quality system issues. - Ensure effective document control and record management across the organization.
- Provide QMS
-related training and awareness to employees to promote quality culture.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
