  • Quality Manager

    (Chonburi)

    Job Description:

    • The Quality General Manager is responsible for leading and managing all quality-related activities including Supplier Quality, Customer Relations, Production Quality Control, New Product Introduction (NPI), and ISO Management. The role ensures that all products and processes meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

    Supplier Quality Management

    • Develop and maintain supplier quality standards and approval processes.
    • Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and performance evaluations.
    • Manage corrective actions for supplier quality issues and ensure long-term improvement.

    Customer Relations & Quality Assurance

    • Act as the key contact for all quality concerns and build strong customer relationships.
    • Handle customer complaints, 8D reports, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Ensure customer requirements and quality expectations are clearly understood and fulfilled.

    Production Quality Control

    • Oversee in-process inspection, final inspection, and product testing activities.
    • Ensure production quality standards are met consistently and non-conformities are controlled.
    • Establish quality KPIs and monitor performance such as defect rate, yield, and customer claims.

    New Product Introduction (NPI)

    • Lead quality planning and validation activities for new products.
    • Participate in product development stages (PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Validation, PPAP, etc.).
    • Ensure a smooth transfer of new products into mass production with quality readiness.

    ISO & Management System

    • Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the company's ISO system (e.g., ISO 9001 or other standards if applicable).
    • Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits.
    • Ensure documentation, procedures, and quality records are compliant and up-to-date.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead, mentor, and develop Quality, QC, and Supplier Quality teams.
    • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customers to ensure quality alignment.
    • Promote a quality culture focused on prevention, improvement, and accountability.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in quality leadership within manufacturing.
    • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, supplier quality, NPI, and production QC.
    • Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
