The Opportunity
- End-to-end Quality Management across manufacturing, QA, QC, laboratories and supplier quality
- Food safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Internal & external audits (ISO, HACCP, GMP and other international standards)
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and R&D
- Quality support for new product launches, process improvements and manufacturing projects
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing Quality team
We're Looking For
- Experience within FMCG food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong leadership experience managing QA/QC functions
- Deep expertise in food safety, quality systems, GMP, HACCP and ISO standards
- Experience leading audits, supplier quality and regulatory compliance
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
- A passion for driving operational excellence and embedding a strong quality culture
