Quality Setter (MFW3.1)

Job Description

• Process and Product confirmation (4eyes) in case of Minor and Major change
• Clearly define the suspect quantity-/ period-/ Finding and Identify clearly where the problem occur by specific station, position, type, in case of defects and Pre- investigate the Quality Risk
• Normal SPC monitoring trend and alert to team according to Quality List
• Coordinate to get the SEM/EDX or FTIR on time
• Distribute the Quality alert-/ Q-up point and train to associate
• Support Quality data for team investigation example Measurement data
• Fill-in data into IPN file wall
• Ensure 5s and Cleanliness standards in the shopfloor

Qualifications

• Higher vocational education in Mechatronicsmajor or related field (new graduates is welcome)
• 2 Year Experience at least in automotive industrial
• Has quality mind set, Self Leader skills, Social competence, Systematic Thinking and Communication Skills
