QA Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Specialist for Quality Assurance to join our Quality team. This role is essential in managing and overseeing customer complaint activities, ensuring that we consistently meet our operational needs while adhering to quality standards and regulations. What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and analyze data related to complaint and return issues to identify quality trends and generate weekly and monthly outgoing quality reports for supervisors.
- Report non-conforming products returned by customers to supervisors; evaluate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and approve inspection reports for returned goods.
- Control and maintain departmental documentation in compliance with ISO 9001, and identify and record non-conforming finished goods/products under ISO 9001, GHP, HACCP, and BRC/IOP standards.
- Handle customer complaints, explain processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare operational plans, set KPI targets, and perform tasks to meet departmental and company objectives.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance is required.
- Experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; accurate and efficient typing skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with careful and methodical work execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain quality standards.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GHP, HACCP, and BRC/IOP standards.
- Experience in root cause analysis and CAPA systems.
- Prior exposure to quality reporting tools and dashboards.
