Job Description

Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Evaluate the effectiveness of system procedure implementation and lead improvement initiatives.
Assess workflow effectiveness and coordinate necessary process optimizations.
Develop annual audit plans and organize internal system audits.
Coordinate strategic customer audits and third-party audits (e.g., IATF, VDA).
Follow up on non-conformities identified in audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
Conduct annual reviews of system procedures and third-level documents for assigned plants.
Carry out other tasks assigned by management.
