  • System Compliance & Audit Readiness - You will ensure operations comply with GQMS, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and legal requirements, conduct audits, maintain proper documentation and traceability, and ensure timely CAPA implementation and closure of audit findings.
  • Team Development & Quality Culture - You will develop the skills of QA engineers, lab staff, and operators, promote a proactive quality culture, provide training on quality standards and defect detection, and engage your team to achieve continuous improvement in quality KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • You hold a bachelor's degree.
  • You have strong knowledge of rubber compounding, mixing, calendering, extrusion, and bead winding processes.
  • You are familiar with compound testing, SPC, and process capability analysis.
  • You are skilled in problem-solving and root cause analysis, including 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA methodologies.
  • You have a solid understanding of GQMS, IATF 16949, and material quality standards.
  • You demonstrate effective leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What Will Set You Apart

  • You energize the team and maintain a positive attitude with peers, providing constructive feedback and planning and leading meetings.
  • You give clear and concise technical guidance, manage or deflect conflicts, provide technical direction, and reach logical conclusions within your function while actively seeking leadership opportunities.
