Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to successful completion within the rapidly evolving datacenter and AI industries. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind project execution, collaborating closely with our R&D team and directly engaging with our esteemed overseas customers. Your expertise in project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Major responsibility:
- Project management: Directly contribute as the primary project manager to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish, adhering to scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with well-known overseas customers in the datacenter/AI industry to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- R&D Partnership: Collaborate effectively with the R&D team, providing guidance, removing blockers, and facilitating seamless integration of technical developments into project plans.
- Planning & Management: Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional partners across the company (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance) to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, clear, and concise updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, progress, and potential challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field. (Master&aposs degree or PMP/Agile certification is a plus).
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus.
- Experience working directly with overseas customers is a plus, demonstrating strong cultural awareness.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
Skills:
