Job Summary:
PWB layout engineer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing printed wiring board (PWB) layouts for high-performance electronic systems, including power converters for AI, datacenter and networking equipment application. Candidate will have opportunity to work closely with world class customers from Silicon Valley and Europe
Responsibilities:
Major responsibility:
- Design and develop high-density PWB layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and design guidelines
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to optimize board layouts for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness
- Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to ensure compliance with fabrication and assembly constraints
- Optimize signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management in complex PCB designs
- Generate and review Gerber files, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) for production
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong technical background in the field of:
- Basic Circuit Analysis
- Proficient in operating Altium Designer or Zuken CADSTAR
- Familiarity with PCB design tools
- Verbal and written communications skills in English.
