Job Purpose
Lead the analysis, redesign, and standardization of HR processes so they are efficient, harmonized, and system-ready — enabling the Global HRIS to automate and optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the HR process inventory across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
- Conduct as-is process mapping and root-cause analysis of inefficiencies.
- Design to-be processes applying Lean, Six Sigma, and BPR methodologies.
- Perform gap analysis and identify automation and simplification opportunities.
- Standardize and harmonize processes across business units and countries.
- Develop SOPs and process documentation.
- Translate process designs into HRIS requirements; partner with the configuration team.
- Establish process KPIs and performance baselines.

Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Cycle-time reduction for key processes (e.g., onboarding, payroll run).
- Reduction in manual steps / touchpoints per process.
- Process standardization rate across the organization.
- Error / rework rate reduction.
- % of processes system-enabled / automated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years in process improvement / business process re-engineering, ideally in HR processes.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) Advantage.
- Experience translating process designs into HRIS requirements.
