This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Chonburi, with flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks.

This role places a strong emphasis on lead generation and business development. Key responsibilities include proactively sourcing new clients through online platforms, social media, networking, and outbound outreach, as well as managing and converting leads into successful property transactions.

Additional responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, conducting market analysis, marketing listings, scheduling and attending property viewings, negotiating deals, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction process.

Tasks

Proactively generate and qualify new leads through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and networking

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers, sellers, and landlords

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into active clients

Manage client relationships from initial contact to closing

Schedule and host property viewings
