Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Bangkok. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include networking, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and staying informed about market trends and property regulations. The candidate will also be required to maintain accurate records and foster long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proven expertise in Real Estate and familiarity with local market trends
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using real estate software or tools is advantageous
