Job Description
As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Koh Samui.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and developing your own client portfolio (buyers and sellers)
- Supporting clients throughout the entire transaction process
- Advising clients on the local market, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Organizing and conducting property viewings
- Ensuring professional follow-up and accurate reporting
- Representing the company with integrity and professionalism
This role is field-based in Koh Samui, working with a predominantly international clientele.
Qualifications
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional level of English required (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Interest in real estate, sales, and client advisory
- Knowledge of Koh Samui is a strong advantage or willingness to develop it quickly
