About the Role
We're looking for a driven real estate sales agent to join our team. You won't be starting from scratch — we provide a proven system, daily fresh leads from our digital campaigns, and direct mentorship from our agent lead, Sandra O'Neill. If you can close, we give you everything you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads through structured follow-up sequences
- Conduct property viewings and guide international clients through the buying process
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, clients, and referral partners across Phuket
- Collaborate with the team on sales strategy and pipeline management
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Proven track record in real estate sales (Phuket experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working with foreign buyers (European, Russian, Australian, Asian markets)
- Professional English required; additional languages (French, Russian, Thai, Mandarin) are a strong advantage
Required Skills
- Strong closing ability and consultative selling approach
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
- Confident presenting high-value properties to discerning international clients
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of developers or buyers in Phuket
- Familiarity with Thai property law and foreign ownership structures (freehold, leasehold, company structures)
- Experience with CRM tools and digital lead management
Pay Range and Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Commission with a competitive structure tied to transaction value
- High earning potential — our average transaction values are in the luxury segment
