Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(Specialized in land and property transaction as well as industrial laws)

· Providing legal advice to clients regarding land, property and industry-related matters.

· Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence over the target to identify any potential issues

or liabilities legal documents, and render due diligence report or legal opinion in time.

· Reviewing and drafting LOI, SPA and any other agreements or legal documents regarding the transactions

· Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients in land transactions or disputes.

· Manage the closing of transaction / transfer of ownership.

· Ensuring that clients comply with relevant laws, regulations, when buying, selling land as well as industrial operation.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Law degree

· Lawyer license

· 5-10 years of experiences

· Practicing in Law firm will be advantage

· Experiencing in Land & Industrial Estate law.
