Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager at Vilailux Development .co.,Ltd. located in Bangkok. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for property management, lease administration, overseeing leases, and managing commercial real estate properties on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Property Management and Real Estate skills
• Experience in Lease Administration and Leases
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Real Estate Management is a plus
