Role Overview

We are mandating a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to spearhead our fund operations in Singapore. Anchored by GAYA's established APAC presence, this role will drive capital deployment, oversee portfolio performance, and manage asset value across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Fund & Portfolio Management : Structure and manage diverse fund vehicles, including project funds and blind-pool funds.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure fund operations and capital deployments comply with MAS guidelines.

Asset Management : Oversee portfolio asset performance. Execute business plans, optimize leasing, and manage asset disposals/exits.

Investor Relations & Fundraising : Support capital-raising initiatives. Manage LP communications and deliver performance reporting.

Qualifications

Experience : 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate fund management, private equity, or real estate IB.

Possess the necessary CMFAS certifications to be registered as an MAS Appointed Representative.

Technical Skills : Expertise in financial modeling, asset valuation, risk assessment, and transaction structuring.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields (CFA, CAIA preferred).
