The Role
- Engage with clients exclusively sourced through FazWaz's robust platform or via professional referrals, eliminating the need for independent prospecting in the Real Estate industry, with a focus on Sales.
- Establish and maintain rapport with potential buyers, providing expert guidance throughout the property acquisition process, specialising in Land & Property and Real Estate Development, while supporting clients with Property Management, Negotiation, and Agreement / Contracts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, offering your insight and services for the sale of their properties, leveraging your expertise in Sales, Land & Property, Property Management, and Negotiation to facilitate successful transactions.
- Utilize our CRM, handling transactions and client portfolios across the Real Estate sector.

What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of sales experience in real estate or another industry with a strong interest in shifting into the property sector.
- Proven ability to hit targets and deliver great service to clients.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and close deals.
