Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for engaging clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, showcasing properties, handling property negotiations, and closing sales. The role also involves collaborating with property management and hospitality teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless services.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property regulations
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service with a proven ability to build relationships
  • Effective negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with local and international real estate markets is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and onsite and meet clients in person
