Roles And Responsibilities
- Receiving Products and Put away
- Receives incoming shipments from third party suppliers.
- Immediately transfers cold chain shipments to cold room receipting area.
- Checks goods against shipping documents.
- Reports Receiving Supervisor in case of discrepancies.
- Facilitates immediate sorting and segregation, counting and checking of goods prior to keying-in SAP system
- Manages locations and forwards products for put away.
- Conducts location audit for products received on the previous date to ensure the accuracy of put away activity.
- Manages proper filing of goods receipt documents for reference.
- Maintains proper segregation of products, tidiness and orderliness of the area to ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Storage and Distribution Practice (GSDP).
- Coordinates with other sections, departments, principals and customers to resolve operational issues and concerns.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Senior Supervisor/Supervisor – Receiving from time to time
Minimum Qualification
- Male or Female, Thai nationality
- Minimum age of 25 years up
- Vocational or higher in Logistics or related field
- Sound knowledge of internal section work processes and procedures
- Willing to work hard
- Basic English communication skill
- Good team player with high responsibility
- Basic computer literacy
